The Filox iron filter traps and removes iron, hydrogen sulfide (rotten egg odor), and manganese. The GreenFlo carbon filter polishes everything off, removing any excess chlorine and reducing a wide range of other tastes, odors, and chemcials thay may be in the water. This package is for higher flow rate requirements and large homes. Be sure to have the proper minimum flow rate of at least 9.5 GPM. **treatment flow rate is based off of the manufacturer of the filter media. This is based off of their specs to get complete, full filtration going through the system at the rated flow for a long period of time.
