Nice unit
I've only had this unit up and running for a few days, and so far it's working great for us. Installation was not too hard. The included instructions were pretty clear about how to set up the unit. They obviously can't get too much into the plumbing aspects because so much depends on your existing plumbing. In my case I was replacing an existing unit that was about 30 years old, so my utility closet already had the connections in the approximate located required for the new unit. I did add a pre-filter to the system so that required some additional plumbing work. A professional plumber could probably have this installed in an hour or two, but I'm just a DIY homeowner so it took me several hours over a weekend, including a few trips to the hardware store for parts. Overall a good experience and very satisfying to have done it myself. Plus I'm guessing I saved >$1000 over having a local water treatment company install a similar unit for me. Recommended.
