40k water softener removes up to 40,000 grains of hardness between regenerations at flow rates up to 8 gallons per minute. The highly popular Fleck 5600SXT is easy to use and easy to maintain, and the fine mesh resin can filter up to 6ppm of ferrous (dissolved) iron in your water. KDF 85 can help increase the lifespan of your resin by preventing bacteria, fungi and algae growth in the tank. This media also helps boost the iron removal as well as helps with hydrogen sulfide.
