Regulates waste water, providing proper pressure against the membrane to ensure high efficiency. Flushing valve allows for additional membrane flushing for extended membrane life.

Product Description
Paying for distilled water can get expensive, not to mention the hassle of transporting it or running out. If you own a Reef aquarium or use ultra pure water for any other reason, this system will save you time and money by allowing you to make distilled quality water when you need it!
The Reverse Osmosis (RO) membrane removes 95-97% of water contaminates, providing high quality water and doing most of the purification. The DI (de-ionization) filter removes 99% of contaminates, and when coupled with RO, provides 99.9% effective contaminate removal. The second inline DI filter ensure the highest purity water and extends filter life. The DI filter uses a resin to remove contaminates, and as time goes by the resin becomes exhausted. Eventually enough of the resin will be exhausted that full filtration no longer occurs, and at this point the DI filter is usually changed, even though some removal capacity still remains. With a second DI filter the first DI filter can be completely exhausted before replacement, resulting in less frequent filter changes.
Since the membrane provides long lasting purification, and the DI filter provides high purity filtration, coupling the two treatment processes together allows for lower filter cost than DI only systems and higher purification that RO only systems

RO/DI Psarion PSI Reef system
System was very satisfactory except for missing connectors for proper hookup, fortunately I had connectors from my previous system. Other than that it works great!

Great system! Works well just lacks enough connectors, had to use connectors I had from old system but had it up and running in about half an hour. Also good support from the company on any problems a big plus!
