Great Product, Excellent Communications and Customer Service
My 18 year old Fleck System died recently and after extensive on-line research on replacements, I came across the AWF web site. Very good reviews and after talking to Mark with several questions about warranty, support and product recommendations, I placed an order. Everything arrived via UPS in only 4 days from placing the order as promised..... Packaging was beaten up by UPS but luckily no damage to the parts. The mineral tank came preloaded with gravel and 10% resin. I installed everything in about 2 hours and then another hour for setting up the head, flushing the system and then running a manual regen cycle to check that everything was working correctly. All was relatively easy and went smoothly, without any problems. My results were largely due to your EXCELLENT Instructions and Videos on AWF’s web page. I was also really impressed with the good, old fashion, customer service and availability to actually talk to someone on the phone when needed My only piece of constructive feedback is that when ordering the upgraded metal bypass valve, AWF needs to tell customers that they must also purchase 2 copper nipples in order to connect the system to the "flex pipe" feed and house input lines ... Otherwise, one extra trip to Lowe's or Home Depot! Finally, it is a definite pleasure dealing with a company with quality products; good tech knowledge and guidance; reasonable prices and GREAT communications and customer service. AWF saved me over $1200 on an equivalent system from a local company who included install labor in their price -- Wow! Those same customer focused attributes are getting increasing harder and harder to find in America today... sad... very sad trend. The system is brand new, so no long term experience yet. I’ll update this review with my experiences if any future services or warranty is needed.

Great Product at a Great Price
I was quoted by a local plumbing company to purchase and install a similar product for 3 times the price of this one. The tank, prefilled resin, and control valve are high quality industry known products. Installation instructions were clear and accurate. Installation was straight forward and only took about an hour as a DIY since I was replacing another 12yr old mechanical Fleck unit. You will need to purchase a 1/2 drain line (pex, reinforced vinyl, etc) and something to maintain an air gap from a home center.
