Good product, great customer service!
We had received your water softener in record time and in perfect condition. We use only two bags of salt and have the most softest water. Also, the salt lasts a long time. The on line video on how to program the controller made the entire process a breeze. We saved several hundred dollars purchasing this unit from you. I gave you a 5 star rating. No more white water film
It has been nearly 1 month and the installation went just fine. No problems that could not be resolved with just one more turn to tighten or one more pvc elbow. My water is now soft and has no white residue left behind in the dish washer. I pump from my own well and the water tested hardness level of 425 ppm and it really works fine. I installed it in my well house with a new turbidity filter.
