Excellent Softener and service
I researched softeners for a while before picking this one. I am glad that I did! I had a few questions before buying, and Mark answered very quickly and professionally. I ordered it in the morning and had 1 of the 2 boxes the next day! I would have had both if there wasn't an issue with the shipping company. Either way, very fast transaction, unit was loaded with resin and ready to go. Pretty seemless purchase and installation. Whole unit is laid out well, easy to install, but the instructions were limited, so if this is your first install, you should watch some videos to help. After a few days I could feel the difference in the water, night and day with the softener. My location has very hard water, so it made a difference. Hoping since this is one of the best rated heads on the market (made in USA), I should have trouble free soft water for years!
