Granular activated carbon for removal of chloramines, tastes, odors, and chemicals combines with KDF 55 media to remove numerous heavy metals, including lead, mercury and iron and aids in the removal of other contaminants.
This filter set can be used as an upgrade to your current 20" system.
Fits standard 20" filter housings. The approximate dimensions are 4.5" x 20".

Replacement filter set for the 2 stage 20" filter system includes sediment and GAC/KDF 55 filter. The sediment filter removes sand, sediment, particulates down to 5 microns. The GAC/KDF 55 filter removes chlorine, chloramines, tastes, odors, and chemicals PLUS numerous heavy metals, including lead, mercury and iron and aids in the removal of other contaminants.

I purchased this set because there are PFA's in our water. If this removes the PFA's then it will be 5 stars. But since I cannot confirm it is working, 4 stars.
Need PFA filtering. ***AFWFilters reply: Hi George, please feel free to do a water test to confirm the filters are working for what you are trying to filter.
