Replacement UV Lamp (Bulb) and Quartz Sleeve Combo for Sterilight S8Q-PA, SSM-37

Price was good, shipping was on time as promised, but in my comments on the order I asked that they package the kit carefully as these have come broken from other sellers. When UPS dropped off the box, I could hear the broken glass inside. The bulb and the tube had been placed next to each other and then wrapped in bubble wrap. They banged together and the quartz tube broke. Please wrap them individually. Replacement came quickly, but still disappointing - ** From AFW - Packaging of those components is manufacturing packaging, we cannot change that without opening the seal on the manufacturers package, We do wrap their whole box inside a larger box and it is very rare we have damage on these, but they are covered by insurance and a good warranty. Just let us know if a problem arises.

I've had this system in my house since I moved in 4 years ago, it seems to me the quartz sleeve keeps getting thinner and thinner, as the past two years I've had them arrive with the sleeve broken. AFW was quick to send a replacement sleeve but just know that you have to be SUPER gentle when handling the sleeve and installing it.
