6 years and still doing a great job! Competitor came and tested our water and found it only had 1-2 grains of hardness! His sales presentation was over immediately. I do add a water softener cleaner on most recharges.

Love the softener, probably would of order the 3/4 to 1 inch attachment in future to save a few dollars. But otherwise working well, been 1 month no issues.

Not happy
Opted for the upgraded brine tank but got the wrong one. They don't have a good system to keep track of inventory. I am in an extremely hurry and now I can't complete the job. *Response from AFWFilters - We apologize for the error. The correct tank was shipped out and arrived 4 days after the initial shipment.

We’ve had this softener installed now for a month and it’s been far superior to all previous softeners we’ve owned. It arrived well packed in two large boxes. The resin box is quite heavy. We needed a plumber to install, as the copper plumbing at our home needed significant changes. The setup was very easy, and they even included a thumb drive with video instructions and manuals. After clearing the lines, and flushing the system, our water is remarkably soft. I can emphatically say, this is the best water softener I’ve ever used! I highly recommend!!!
