Product was shipped quickly & properly as no damage in transit. Should have a checklist of container contents to ensure everything is present as a few small parts were missing. Also should include a better stepwise description of the digital softener operation that shows the display & the condition.

This was a smart, easy, and gratifying purchase! We had excellent pre-purchase support through the online chat feature (thank you again, Roger), and fast shipping. We self-installed this system; the installation was trouble-free, once we acquired the site-specific additional parts needed. Those included flex hosing to connect to the water system, and drain and overflow tubing. We haven't yet tested the water, to see the difference; we will do so this week. I'd recommend this system, and this company, to anyone! Thank you!

After many years with Kenmore softeners (and many repairs) I decided to try something different, from Fleck. I like the separate tank and brine well, and after a couple months I am happy. I needed a little installation advice and more than once got quick, helpful replies. The on line support also was a factor in my decision to go with Abundant Flow.
